This Cookie Policy explains how Mindful Productivity Lab (“MP Lab”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites (mindfulproductivity.io, mpl.is, spiralist.ai and sub-pages).

Analytics

  • PostHog: product analytics (pages, events, performance).
  • Microsoft Clarity: heatmaps/session replays to improve usability.
  • (Optional) Google Analytics: site usage metrics if enabled.

Advertising/measurement

  • Meta Pixel: measures ad performance and builds audiences.

    • If Automatic Advanced Matching is ON, identifiers you enter (e.g., email or phone) may be hashed in your browser and sent to Meta to improve matching. We only use this where consent applies and as described here.

  • (Optional) Meta Conversions API: server-side events that mirror on-site actions to improve measurement. Used only with the same consent settings.

  • We rely on legitimate interests for strictly necessary cookies.
  • We get your consent before using analytics or advertising cookies where required (e.g., EU/EEA, UK).
  • Your choices apply by category and can be changed anytime.

5) How to manage or delete cookies

  • Use [Cookie Settings] to turn analytics/advertising on or off.
  • You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may affect some features.

6) Data sharing and retention

  • Providers process data under our instructions to run analytics and ads measurement.
  • We retain cookie data only as long as needed for the stated purpose or as required by law.
  • We don’t sell personal data.

7) Region-specific notes

  • EU/EEA/UK: we use prior consent for non-essential cookies; refusal keeps only strictly necessary cookies.
  • US/Other: we honor local requirements and provide opt-out choices via [Cookie Settings].
